All our grass fed beef is immediately flash frozen, which means it arrives at your door frozen with all the freshness and nutrition locked in. All cuts come individually wrapped. Price: $1,743.00 (approximately $14.83 per pound) - you are getting all of the cuts listed below for less than our ground beef price per pound. Pickup: Bulk orders are available for pickup from our Middle Island ranch at 9am on the second Saturday of every month. Bulk orders are not eligible for delivery or shipment. For reference, a quarter beef is 118 lbs and requires 5 cubic feet of freezer space (roughly half a small chest freezer). Upfront Investment: While beef in bulk saves you money in the long run, we do ask that you pay upfront for your bulk offering. Variety: In our opinion, variety is a good thing!
