Our CSA season runs May - November. We offer 4 share sizes with poultry only and poultry and pork options ALL shares include a fresh, heritage Thanksgiving turkey. CSA pick up/delivery is monthly. Subscriptions will be open until the end of May 2024. Our CSA is a great way to get bulk purchase pricing without having to take delivery of a large volume of meat all at once. We only raise Freedom Ranger chickens from Freedom Ranger hatchery, on pasture, with locally milled feed. Our hogs are raised in the forested areas of the farm where they are free to forage and root, we only raise heritage Tamworth hogs for their superior abilities to thrive on pasture and superior flavor profile. Thanksgiving turkeys are heritage Bronze, pasture raised in our heirloom apple orchard.
