Back in 1999, we had a vision to provide the same healthy, locally-raised beef that we enjoyed on our own table. From humble beginnings in our backyard, we now provide sustainably-raised, humanely handled beef to a second generation of North Carolinians in the Triangle, Triad, Fayetteville and surrounding counties in southeastern North Carolina. Our cattle do get a weekly ration of quality grain products to keep them coming in the catch lot. High quality, free choice mineral mix is always available to balance their nutrition. We use no routine antibiotics, no synthetic hormones, and no steroids.
