Spring '25 CSA: May-July 6x CSA share delivery dates: Wed 5/7, 5/21, 6/4, 6/18, 7/2, 7/16 Total cost: $600, average csa box value $100 Delivered anywhere you'd like within our Triad delivery route. Featuring: Seasonal selection of our pork, chicken, and eggs. All of our animals are raised with a high standard of care. Frequently rotated through forest and pasture, depending on their needs and best stewardship practices of the land. What can you expect? 1) ROAST: A larger cut of meat, pork or chicken, that will be ideal for cooking low and slow. Something to enjoy when your schedule allows for intentional kitchen time. For example: Whole Chicken, Shoulder Roast, or Chicken Stock Pack. 2) QUICK PICK: We know you are just as busy as us farmers and sometimes you only have a short window get food on the table. We will always include a cut of chicken or pork that can be prepared and ready to eat in under 30 minutes. For example: Hot Italian Pork Sausage, Chicken Breasts, or Chorizo. 3) FARMER'S CHOICE: This could be anything from our inventory (with the exception of fat or organ meats) that we are particularly excited about that week. For example: Pork Tenderloin, Spareribs, or Chicken Leg Quarters. 4) EGGS: 1 dozen of our pasture raised chicken eggs. We have a hardy flock of laying hens that provide us brown eggs in a full spectrum of sizes and hues; with the notable exception of 2 hens who lay blue/green eggs! *If you choose to pay the full cost up front, no further payements will be necesarry. *If you prefer to pay per share, we will set up a recurring invoice for you to pay each week there is a share delivery.
