High-quality, locally raised beef shares. Our cattle are traditionally raised for grass-fed/grain-finished freezer beef. Our beef embodies the iconic American beef taste. The cattle are pasture raised and fed in Louisburg, NC and are then processed down the road in Sims, NC. The beef is dry aged for 21 days, custom cut to your specifications, and vacuum sealed. We offer wholes, halves, and quarters. We also offer a $0.25/lb discount off of the listed price for halves and a $0.50/lb discount off of the listed price for wholes.
