The half cow can be processed to include your instructions or we can provide a recommended standard cut. The bundle will be USDA inspected and vacuum sealed frozen meat and include ground beef and a variety of steak and roasts individually wrapped.

The quarter cow will be USDA inspected vacuum sealed frozen meat including ground beef and a variety of steaks and roasts from both the front and rear ends of the cow.
