Each box includes 10 lbs of ground beef, two premium steaks, one large sirloin ‘family style’ steak, and one large roast.
The perfect way for a couple or small family to stock up on pasture-raised beef for several months! Reserve a quarter cow at $5.25/lb hanging weight, with a $250 deposit. Final cost will be determined at the butcher and will be due upon delivery. On average, this will be around 125-175 lbs, yielding 80-110 lbs of meat in the freezer! Beef is USDA inspected and vacuum-sealed for freshness. You’ll receive a variety of cuts representing the whole cow (ground beef, steaks, roasts, ribs, stew meat, brisket, and more!) Beef will be available for pick-up or free delivery within 60 miles in mid to late March.

Reserve a half or whole lamb from Fuller Acres! Our sheep are are raised on pasture with a rotational grazing system all summer through fall. A $50 deposit secures your reservation, and custom cuts can be arranged through our online form after ordering. If you would like a whole lamb, please purchase two shares, which will come from the same lamb. Final cost will be determined at butchering at $13/lb hanging weight (hwt) minus deposit, and is on average between 18-24 lbs hwt for a half. Lamb will be ready in mid-December, just in time for holiday gatherings and makes a delicious gift!
