Pre-Order our rare breed Herdwick Lamb by Half or Whole carcass. Processing annually winter through summer, or while supply lasts. Our lamb is 6 to 12 months old, USDA Prime, Forage fed. Late lamb is over 1 year. Our lamb receives no grain,generally gets no grain, has no added hormones or steroids, and never any antibiotic. Only natural pasture forage or hay. Average hanging weight is 40lbs. We can select a size suitable to you, between 25 and 50 lbs. Prized by HRH Queen Elizabeth II, Herdwick lamb is a lean, mild flavor. Delicious and nutritious. Our USDA certifed, Animal Welfare Approved, Organic Certified processor will cut and wrap your order to your specifications. Sausage or other processing above cut, grind and wrap may cost additional.

The Farm-Her's Freezer filler is a ons-stop-shop collection of our bulk meats to fill your freezer - 1 whole heritage hog, 1 whole lamb, 1 turkey, and 5 whole chickens. Price includes butcher, cut and wrap. Does NOT include sausage or smoking. Pork and Lamb are heritage breeds. Pork and poultry are pasture raised and supplemented with locally produced grains. Lamb is pasture raised only. Product is provided as each reaches processing time. Chickens summer. Lamb ready fall through spring, pork and turkey in the fall.
