Bulk beef is offered by the 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef. Bulk pork is offered by the 1/2 or whole pig. Delivery is included with bulk orders with-in a reasonable distance. Wholesale is available to shops and restaurants wanting local meat.

The price below is for fully processed and delivered (within a reasonable distance) beef. We will go over the cut sheet to ensure all questions are answered before hand. It’s $7.75/ lb hanging weight for a 1/4 beef, $7.25/ lb hanging weight for a 1/2 beef or, $7.00/ lb hanging weight for a whole beef. A 1/4 beef will have a hanging weight of 150-170lbs.
