Our all natural Angus beef (hormone and steroid free) can be purchased custom cut in either 1/4, 1/2 or whole options. We utilize a tiered pricing program, so the more you buy, the more you save! 1/4 Beef =$4.75/lb hanging weight + processing; 1/2 Beef = $4.50/lb hanging weight + processing; Whole Beef $4.25/lb hanging weight + processing. Our herd of Angus beef cattle are on pasture during the warmer days of the spring, summer and fall seasons. The herd is free to roam across our 80+ acres lush grass pasture. Steers are provided a ration of premium grains prior to processing to further enhance the marbling characteristics and tenderness of the finished product.
