We are a farm in Cleveland, NC that has been around for many generations (since 1758!). We are selling delicious pasture raised beef in wholes, halves, quarters, 1/8’s and individual cuts. Each individual cut is sold by the lb. Each whole, quarter, half, or 1/8 is sold by hanging weight and is $5.00 per hanging weight. The beef comes vacuum sealed and freezer ready.
