When we bought our land it seemed the only thing it would produce was white quartz rocks, so we named it White Quartz Farms and started regenerating the land. Old timers said we were wasting our time, but our rock fields are slowly turning into green pastures. Our front line troops are our herd of Heritage Mangalitsa Pigs that are not only famous for their ability to rejuvenate poor soil, but also produce delicious, healthy pork. They are followed by our goats, sheep, and cows- in that order- as the land recovers. Our mission is to rehabilitate our health through diet, starting with the soil and continuing all the way to your freezer.
