We raise heritage breed hogs on pasture and in the woods, allowing them to exercise natural rooting behaviors while cleaning up weeds like johnsongrass and invasive privet. They are supplemented with a locally sourced non-GMO grain and processed at an Animal Welfare Approved facility. Cuts available include chops, ribs, Boston butts, and roasts; many different sausage flavors; and, of course, bacon and jowls! All cuts are vacuum sealed and frozen. Halves and wholes are also available. Local pick up is available.
